Jim McFarland
Jim McFarland learned the shoe repair trade from his father, growing up in the business he took over in 1986. Jim is a master craftsman. He has received more than 20 awards for craftsmanship including the prestigious Grand Silver Cup from the Shoe Service Institute of America (SSIA).
Jim is a leader in the shoe repair industry having served several terms on SSIA’s board of directors as well as two terms as president.

Debbie McFarland
Debbie McFarland began work at McFarland’s Shoe Repair in 1982 and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the shoe repair business. Debbie is co-owner of McFarland’s Shoe Repair and is in charge of customer service.

Victoria McFarland is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she honed her skills in digital communication and marketing. She’s the creative genius behind all our social media accounts, making sure our online presence is as polished as the shoes we repair. When she's not crafting engaging content and connecting with our customers online, she's busy running her own successful venture, McFarland Media. Victoria’s passion for storytelling and her eye for detail ensure that every post reflects the heart and soul of McFarland’s Shoe Repair.

Riley McFarland is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he delved into the world of digital media and sociology, combining his passion for technology with a deep understanding of people and communities. As the fifth generation in the McFarland family business, Riley brings fresh, innovative ideas to the table while upholding the timeless values that have made us a household name. His role in bridging the gap between tradition and modernity makes him an invaluable asset to our team, and we couldn’t be prouder to have him carry the McFarland legacy forward.
